Empower Girls. Restore Dignity. Create Change.

Every girl deserves the ability to manage her period with dignity, safety, and confidence, but for many in Uganda, lack of access to menstrual products, education, and support means missing school, risking infection, and facing social stigma.

With your support, we can change that.

A gift of $25 empowers one secondary school girl in Luuka District, Uganda, with:

  • Menstrual health and hygiene education
  • Training and materials to make 4 reusable sanitary pads
  • Lifelong skills and knowledge that enable her to manage her period with confidence

This campaign is part of the HerPad Project, a grassroots menstrual health initiative under U-VOL Foundation’s ValueHer Initiative, in collaboration with Ujamaa Empowerment Network, a locally-led Ugandan NGO.

Our Goal: $5,000

We launched a campaign to raise $5,000 to reach 200 adolescent girls in rural schools with essential menstrual health education and pad-making training.

Your contribution helps us:

  • Host school-based workshops
  • Supply sustainable menstrual hygiene materials
  • Build local capacity for peer education and advocacy
  • Break down taboos and stigma surrounding menstruation

Make a Lasting Impact

Your gift is more than a donation. It is an investment in education, health, and dignity.

$25 = 1 girl empowered for life
$250 = 10 girls supported with tools and training
$1,000 = 40 girls equipped to thrive without shame

Together, we can end period poverty and help ensure no girl is held back because of her period.

DONATE today. Change a life.
