Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out that there is still inadequate and unequally distributed access to reproductive health and maternal health services is across Sub-Saharan Africa, I knew I had to help.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support the U-VOL Foundation. Their campaign, the ValueHer Initiative, will specifically improve the health and well-being of an estimated 1,000-2,000 women across the lifespan and an estimated 500 newborn children annually in underserved, rural communities within the Middle Belt region of Nigeria. ValueHer will specifically empower women and the healthcare workers that care for them with health education, training and tools that will contribute to healthier community outcomes and greater opportunities for community development—and you can be a part of it.
